Guidance for Presenters

1) A period of 30 minutes is allotted for each presentation including change of presenter(s), introduction, talk and Q&A. Please use about 20 minutes for your presentation part so that sufficient time is left for Q&A part.

2) Each session room is equipped with a standard PC and a projector. If you bring your own PC, please connect your PC to the projector. Both HDMI and D-SUB output can be connected to the projector. Otherwise, please download your presentation material to the equipped PC before the session in good time.

3) We recommend that you test your presentation in the session room before the session starts.

Guidance for Session Chairs

1) A period of 30 minutes is allotted for each presentation including change of presenter(s), introduction, talk and Q&A. Please make sure that each presenter keeps this time frame, that is, about 20-minute talk (extention of a few minutes is up to the session chair) with subsequent Q&A session. Stop the presenter if necessary.

2) Please be in the session room 10 minutes before the session starts, and support the presenters for their test of presentations. A support staff will assist you in handling Q&A microphones and any other issues during the session.

3) If a presenter does not show up, please do not change the time of each presentation, so that audience can move between the rooms for target presentations.
